As we said, Brazil is a specialist Creative Agency recruiter, mainly concentrating in the Advertising and Design fields. That’s because the principal, Kieran Brazil, held high level Account Service roles himself, including stints at JWT, DDB, Y&R,and Mojo. In his travels, Kieran has worked in the Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Hong Kong offices of the above, so he knows his geography as well!

We operate both in Sydney and  Melbourne, and most of the Asian countries ( plus the Middle East) are covered off directly or with our partners. Brazil has formal and informal relationships with other independent specialist recruiters, so the scope of roles available can be broad and varied.

Our method of working is to form close relationships with a select few agencies of their type, be it Mainstream Advertising, Design (both Corporate and FMCG Packaging), Direct, Integrated Communications, BTL, Sales Promotion and such like. We then seek the “best of breed” people for those agencies, and so ONLY deal with good, appropriately experienced candidates. We will generally be unable to help beginners trying to break into the Australian agency scene I’m afraid – your best bet by far is to contact the agencies you like the look of directly.

We work with candidates to uncover positions that might not even be available – especially to other unconnected recruiters, so don’t be afraid to call us even if you don’t see any ”your” jobs advertised. Because we forge deeper partnerships with our agencies, we can introduce candidates at any time – and we have many examples of positions being created to suit the candidate.
